I would like to thank the three groups that have contributed to the success of Fluid Experts Ltd. – our staff, suppliers, and customers.
I would like to start off talking about my staff. I am thankful every day for the incredible staff that has made Fluid Experts so successful and keep things running virtually trouble free for me. I cannot just think of them as employees, but rather as friends and family. I cannot thank them enough. I have been so fortunate to have found such good people. I take great pride in their work, integrity and dedication. Whatever they do for you, rest assured they will do their honest best, and most of all, when they say ‘Thank-you,’ they mean it. Secondly, thank you to our valuable suppliers. Our business requires seven day-a-week assistance and support. We appreciate the personal and urgent attention we so often need.
Finally, I would like to thank our customers. I do not know of a more demanding service industry, with more difficult variables to overcome, and high level of competition than the oilfield. The professional, friendly and loyal customers we have had the pleasure to serve and get to know over the years have made it so much easier to supply the quality products and service we have been building our reputation on. We strive to continually improve so we can help our clients even more in the future. In closing, I would like to say that the knowledge we have gained and developed from our strong relationships throughout the industry have enabled us to pass on expertise and experience to the ever-growing list of new names and faces on our customer list, but we are not done yet. I speak for every Fluid Experts Ltd. member when I say we are committed to continually improve our consistent quality of product supply, service and safety that our customers deserve and require. Furthermore, although profit is obviously important, we will continue to measure our true success in the satisfaction, compliments and respect of our peers in the industry. -Sheldon Martens
